Compensation: $19.00 – 25 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Working hours: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, 3 pm -11 pm

POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Desk & Facilities Support Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining the daily cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the Madison Youth Arts Center (MYARTS). This position supports the facility during evening program hours by performing routine cleaning, restocking, inspections, and basic building maintenance tasks while also providing limited front desk coverage and customer assistance.

The position acts as an evening building steward, helping ensure that studios, shared spaces, and common areas remain clean, safe, and ready for youth arts programming. Responsibilities include monitoring facility conditions, performing routine custodial tasks, preparing spaces for programs, restocking supplies, and supporting general facility operations.

While this role includes front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors and assisting program providers, its primary focus is facility cleanliness, upkeep, and operational support to help maintain a welcoming and functional environment for youth, artists, instructors, and community partners.

This position works closely with the Event Operations Manager and Facilities Specialist staff to help maintain building standards and ensure that MYARTS spaces are properly maintained and ready for daily programming and events.

Reservations & Accounts Coordinator

Position Title: Reservations & Accounts Coordinator

Department: Administration/ Reservations

Reports To: Reservations & Accounts Manager

Compensation: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly Benefits Eligible.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Most work is expected to occur between 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to support high volume programming periods
POSTION TYPE

This is a permanent full-time position responsible for coordinating a portion of facility reservations, managing partner organization relationships related to space use, and providing front desk reception services for the MYArts facility.

POSTION SUMMARY

The Accounts & Reservations Coordinator supports the administration of the MYArts reservation system and partner communications. Working under the guidance of the Reservations & Accounts Manager, this role manages scheduling requests, prepares rental agreements, coordinates billing documentation, and maintains records related to facility use. The position serves as the primary point of contact for partners and community users, ensuring clear and consistent communication of reservation processes, policies, and scheduling expectations.

This position also provides front desk reception services, ensuring that all visitors, guests, and program participants receive professional and welcoming experience upon entering the facility. The role monitors and responds to incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries related to facility use.

This role plays an important part in supporting MYArts mission of providing accessible arts space for youth programming and community partners.
